Karl is also the owner and CEO of KD Construction of Florida. During his tenure with the company, he has participated in developing more than 250,00 residential units among other projects. The hallmarks of Karl’s approach to projects are a relentless dedication to quality workmanship, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and a thorough understanding of every aspect of the construction business. This accounts for the high rate of repeat business the company enjoys. Karl applies his experience and structural knowledge to each and every project the company takes on, from the initial estimate through to final completion. He firmly believes in doing business with integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business. His growth strategy for the Company has created a history of annual growth with proven performance. Karl is a licensed State Certified General Contractor.

As a developer and a builder Oliver has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction, ranging from field supervision to operational management. He currently serves as President of KD Construction of Florida and has participated in the development of 160,000 residential units among other projects. As a licensed State Certified General Contractor, he is well versed in both commercial and residential projects having successfully built multi-family apartment projects, condominium developments and multi-million-dollar estate homes. Additionally, prior to KDVT Oliver has owned and operated a successful development company and drywall company and has established a loyal following of customers. His commitment to quality and attention to detail has earned him a reputation worthy of mention in numerous trade publications. As Chief Operating Officer of KDVT, he actively seeks projects that offer a chance to be innovative in all aspects of design and construction. His goal is to deliver not just a quality product and superior customer service, but a beautifully crafted project that people will admire for years to come.

Matthew Levin has over 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in land acquisition and multifamily assets. Although his primary markets are Central and South Florida, he has worked on projects and transactions throughout the state, as well as across the country. His motivation and drive to pursue business in diverse markets has allowed him to work with some of the premier institutional firms in the U.S. Through these efforts, he has been able to build a vast network of clients and strong partnerships with other commercial brokers. Matthew began working with KD Construction of Florida in 2018 and is committed to identifying and securing the best locations and opportunities to help drive the growth of KD Construction of Florida and KDVT Development. Matthew takes pride in his attention to detail and believes that customer satisfaction, collaboration, and going the extra mile are essential skills for professional growth and adding value to the team at KD and KDVT.

Larry's career is deeply rooted in a commitment to service and protection. From his time in the U.S. Air Force to his tenure as a Retired Police Officer, he has consistently prioritized the well-being and support of others. These foundational values guide his personal life and fuel his professional endeavors. Drawing from his diverse experiences, Larry has emerged as a financial leader who blends a service-driven approach with innovative solutions. He is passionate about demystifying tax and accounting complexities for individuals, helping them translate these into tangible and achievable goals. With over 15 years of hands-on experience advising clients on accounting, tax, and business strategies, Larry possesses deep knowledge and expertise. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and is well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Additionally, Larry holds an MBA from the University of Florida, proudly representing the Gators.
